Loomis acquires Nokas Värdehantering in Sweden
Loomis AB has, through its wholly owned subsidiary Loomis Sverige AB, signed an agreement to acquire all shares in the company Nokas Värdehantering AB, a wholly owned subsidiary to Nokas Verdihåndtering AS in Norway.
Enterprise value, i.e. the purchase price on a debt free basis, amounts to approximately SEK 80 million.
Loomis offers secure and effective overall solutions for distribution, handling, storage and recycling of cash and other valuables. Loomis’ customers are banks, retailers and other actors. Loomis business is pursued through an international network of approximately 400 operative local offices in around 20 countries. Loomis employs approximately 25,000 employees and had sales amounting to SEK 19.2 billion in 2018.
Loomis’ share is listed on the large cap-list on Nasdaq Stockholm.
