Litorina and Bragnum invest in Nordic Surface Group

Litorina together with Bragnum has invested in Nordic Surface Group AB (“NSG”), a leading surface service provider in Sweden.

NSG consists of seven local market leaders with strong brands and driven entrepreneurs, offering a wide range of surface services. The group has sales of SEK 1 billion and employs more than 800 people in central and southern Sweden.

Litorina and Bragnum were advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
