Lindab sells IMP Klima Group

Lindab has sold IMP Klima Group, which consists of LINDAB, klima sistemi, d.o.o – v likvidaciji and its subsidiaries, to Orange Climate (an international group delivering sustainable climate systems). IMP Klima Group was part of Lindab’s business area Ventilation Systems and generated revenue of SEK 269 million in 2019. It has in total 226 employees in Slovenia, Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Lindab is an international group that develops, manufactures, markets and distributes products and system solutions for simplified construction and improved indoor climate.

Lindab was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
