KPMG divests division to IK VIII Fund
KPMG has divested its division for accounting and payroll services to IK VIII Fund. The divested business division, which has approximately 300 employees located at different offices in Sweden, will be integrated with Aspia, a portfolio company of IK VIII Fund. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close during the third quarter of 2018.
KPMG was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
