Ingka Centres sells retail properties in Linköping
Ingka Centres has sold two retail properties comprising approximately 18,000 square meters to Svenska Handelsfastigheter. The properties are located in Tornby, which is the fifth largest retail marketplace in Sweden based on revenue. The date for closing is scheduled to May 2020.
Ingka Centres is part of Ingka Group (formerly IKEA Group). Owning 45 shopping centres in China, Europe and Russia, Ingka Centres welcome 480 million visitors each year.
