GE Renewable Energy, WindSpace and Vindparken Förvaltning divest all shares in Björkvattnet Vind

GE Renewable Energy, WindSpace and Vindparken Förvaltning have divested all shares in the wind park company Björkvattnet Vind AB to the French infrastructure investor InfraVia Capital Partners. Björkvattnet Vind owns the rights for the construction and operations of the wind park project Björkvattnet, located in the municipality of Ragunda, Sweden, with an aggregated operating capacity of approximately 180 MW. The wind park project is expected to generate enough renewable energy to power the equivalent of 175,000 homes in Sweden. The project is expected to reach commercial operations by the end of 2020.

GE Renewable Energy, WindSpace and Vindparken Förvaltning, who jointly developed the wind park project Björkvattnet, were advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
