Fastighets AB Eric Ekblad divests a property portfolio for SEK 2,13 billion

Fastighets AB Eric Ekblad has divested a property portfolio of seven properties in central Jönköping. The buyer is Fastighets AB Regio. The portfolio mainly consists of offices and retail properties, but include also residential properties as well gym and a hotel. The agreed property value was SEK 2,130 million. The transaction was made by way of a share deal.
