Castellum acquires the site-leasehold to Stockholm Sandhagen 9

Castellum has acquired the site-leasehold to the property Stockholm Sandhagen 9 in the Slakthusområdet area from Humlegården Fastigheter. The site-leasehold has a lettable area of ​​5,669 square meters and the acquisition price amounts to SEK 298 million, including overheads of approximately SEK 2 million.
