Assistansbolaget acquired by Stirling Square Capital Partners

Assistansbolaget Försäkring Sverige AB was founded in 2015 and is the market leading roadside assistance provider in Sweden with more than 350,000 customers.

Stirling Square Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in Assistansbolaget and will partner with the existing owners to develop the company and accelerate the growth.

Assistansbolaget’s majority owner was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
