Ratos has concluded an agreement to divest its holding in Camfil to the company’s principal owners, the Larson and Markman families, for SEK 1.325 billion.
Camfil is a world leader in clean air technology and air filters, with approximately 3,400 employees and sales of SEK 4.5 billion in 2009. Ratos, a private equity company listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm, has been a co-owner of Camfil for approximately eleven years.
Ratos was advised by Mannheimer Swartling on the transaction. The firm’s team included Eva Hägg and Nina Svensson.
