PostNord AB has signed a multi-currency revolving facility for SEK 2 billion with a consortium of Nordic banks. The facility matures in 2016.
PostNord was established in 2009 through the merger between Post Danmark A/S and Posten AB. The group delivers communication and logistics solutions to, from and within the Nordic region. The group has a turnover of approximately SEK 42 billion and approximately 40 000 employees.
PostNord was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. Zoran Stambolovski handled the matter, primarily assisted by Pontus Malmunger.
