Mannheimer Swartling is advising Aspis Capital S.A., the majority owner of Aspis Liv Försäkrings AB, on the transfer of a portfolio of insurance policies to Moderna Försäkringar Liv AB. The transaction, being conducted under the auspices of The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, Finansinspektionen (FI), involves the co-operation of the owners, among others, Aspis Capital S.A.
