Olcon Engineering AB has sold Dynasafe International AB to Perusa Partners Fund 1, L.P.
Dynasafe, with headquarters in Karlskoga, Sweden, is a global leader in developing products for explosion containment and destruction of munitions with global sales estimated to exceed SEK 250 million in 2011. Perusa is a leading German special situations financial investor, focusing on mid-market companies and buy-and-build strategies.
Olcon Engineering was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team was led by Jan Holmius, primarily assisted by Marcus Glimberg and Viktor Nykvist.
