Mannheimer Swartling has assisted Kungsleden AB (publ) in the purchase of five commercial properties from Norwegian NLP (Northern Logistic Property ASA) for the price of SEK 525 million prior to reduction for deferred tax.
The partner in charge was Klas Wennström mainly assisted by Charlotta Wallman Hörlin and Jennie Knutsson.
