Green Cargo has divested its 45% shareholding in CargoNet AS to Norwegian Norska Statsbanorna NSB.
CargoNet is an intermodal rail-based transportation company with freight terminals in Sweden and Norway. Green Cargo is a Swedish logistics company with international operations in railway, road-based haulage and third party logistics services throughout the Nordic region and Europe, with a turnover of approximately SEK 6 billion.
