Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH has divested Grävlingen 12, a property located in downtown Stockholm commonly referred to as “CityCronan”, to Swedish life insurance company AMF.
CityCronan is a freehold property comprising approximately 40,000 square metres of office, commercial and residential premises.
