Simon Bengtsson has worked with taxation matters for four years and is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s practice group for Corporate Taxation. He is a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
Simon has previously also worked in the practice group Public M&A and Equity Capital Markets for two and a half years.
Simon assists clients in taxation matters as regards to both income tax and VAT. Simon has, among other things, experience from advising in connection with fund establishments, M&A and real estate transactions, restructurings and incentive programs. He also assists clients in tax litigations.
