Niklas Bogefors is a partner at Mannheimer Swartling and has for over 25 years been involved in several of the firms’ practice groups and industry sectors, for example Mergers and Acquisitions, Infrastructure and Construction, Industry, Private Equity, as well as Media and Entertainment. He has an extensive knowledge in business law and has during the past years mainly been working with Carve-outs & Separations, Outsourcing & Tech, Joint Ventures and collaborations, Operational agreements and Force Majeure-related topics, the latter as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.
