Specialized in corporate tax law, Karin advises on a broad range of tax matters, predominantly focusing on tax issues in connection with restructuring and reorganisations, tax issues in connection with the sale of companies and real estate, taxation issues in relation to IPOs, public offers and other public mergers and acquisitions. Karin Attorps’ experience also encompasses tax issues in relation to employee benefits including incentive plans, double tax treaty analyses and tax issues relating to potential conflicts with EU law. In addition, Karin Attorps frequently represents clients in tax litigation, tax audits and advance tax ruling proceedings as well as in requests for confirmation submitted to the Tax Agency.
