Wallenstam in wind power transactions with Eolus Vind
Swedish real property group Wallenstam has completed several wind power transactions with Eolus Vind. The transactions include the acquisition of six operational wind turbines in two wind power parks in Skara municipality and the divestiture of six wind power projects located throughout Sweden: Bosberget, Lärkeskogen, Näset, Skogaryd, Skuggetorp and Ölme.
Following the completion of these transactions, Wallenstam will have 41 wind turbines and three hydropower plants in operation with a combined installed capacity of 81 megawatts.
Wallenstam builds, develops and manages properties for sustainable living and enterprise in the three most expansive regions in Sweden: Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Helsingborg. The group has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 1.5 billion in rentals and has a property value of approximately SEK 27 billion. Wallenstam’s shares are listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
