Wallenstam in wind power transactions with Eolus Vind
Swedish real property group Wallenstam has completed several wind power transactions with Eolus Vind. The transactions include the acquisition of three operational wind turbines in the wind power park Järnmunderöd in Munkedal municipality and a wind power project with a right to construct up to seven wind turbines in Knäred in Laholm municipality.In connection with the acquisition, Wallenstam divests to Eolus Vind two wind power projects; Långmarken in Kristinehamn municipality and Amnehärad in Gullspång municipality. Wallenstam’s net investment amounts to SEK 87 million.
Following the completion of these transactions, Wallenstam will have 50 wind turbines and three hydropower plants in operation with a combined installed capacity of 96 megawatts.

The group has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 1.5 billion in rentals and has a property value of approximately SEK 27 billion. Wallenstam’s shares are listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
