Trelleborg signs agreement to sell its shares in Vibracoustic
Trelleborg has signed an agreement to sell its shares in Vibracoustic GmbH to Freudenberg. The finalization of the transaction is expected in the second quarter of 2016, subject to approval by the relevant authorities. Through this transaction Trelleborg leaves the joint venture "TrelleborgVibracoustic" that was formed with Freudenberg in 2012. Read more here.
