TransAtlantic plans issuance of debt certificates
TransAtlantic plans to issue short term debt certificates totaling up to SEK 140 million. The certificates will constitute bridge financing until a previously announced rights issue of shares amounting to SEK 150 million, scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2013, has been completed.

The Group has about 800 employees and the company’s turnover in 2012 was SEK 3.3 billion. The company’s shares are listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
TransAtlantic is advised by Mannheimer Swartling in connection with the issue. The firm’s team includes Johan Ljungberg, Olof Stenström, Nils Nostell and Gustav Glimblad.
