The Sixth AP Fund divests Unfors RaySafe to Fluke BIomedical
The Sixth Swedish National Pension Fund (the Sixth AP Fund) has divested Unfors RaySafe AB to RADCUE Holding AB, an affiliate of Fluke Biomedical. The Sixth AP Fund has been the majority owner of Unfors RaySafe AB since 2006.
Unfors RaySafe is a leading provider of quality assurance devices for diagnostic x-ray utilities. Fluke Biomedical, a division of Fluke Corporation, is a global provider of test and measurement equipment and services to the healthcare industry. Fluke Corporation is the world leader in the manufacture, distribution, and service of electronic test tools and software and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Danaher Corporation (NYSE:DHR).
The Sixth Swedish National Pension Fund (the Sixth AP Fund) manages public pension funds valued at approximately SEK 20 billion that invest in a selection of private equity funds and directly own shares in a number of small and medium-sized unlisted companies.
