Stampen completes demerger of Liberala Tidningar
Stampen Media Group, MittMedia and Eskilstuna-Kuriren have agreed to demerge the formerly jointly owned Liberala Tidningar media group. Stampen Media Group assumes ownership of the printing operations, V-TAB, Scandinavia’s largest printing group company. MittMedia will together with Eskilstuna-Kuriren own Promedia, with newspapers VLT, Länstidningen i Södertälje, Nerike Allehanda, Norrtelje Tidning, Avesta Tidning, Fagersta-Posten, Sala Allehanda, Bärgslagsbladet, Arboga Newspaper, Nynäshamns Posten, Örebroar’n and Södertäljeposten.
Stampen Media Group is one of Sweden’s largest media groups. Stampen comprises several large media companies, V-TAB and Stampen Media Partner, with strong positions in digital media, communications services and outdoor advertising.
Stampen Media Group was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
