SEB launches Swedish property fund
Mannheimer Swartling has advised Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) in connection with the structure and set-up of a real estate fund, which will be focused on making investments in residential properties located in the southern and middle parts of Sweden. The fund is based on a Swedish AB-structure where the investors will invest through profit participating loans.
The firm’s team was led by Peter Alhanko, primarily assisted by Christopher Arkbrant. Anders Erasmie was responsible for tax issues and Mårten Tagaeus, primarily assisted by Andréa Dahrén, was responsible for real estate related issues.
