Ratos lists Inwido on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm
Ratos AB has listed Inwido AB, Europe’s largest supplier of innovative, environmentally adapted windows and doors, on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm on 26 September 2014.
Ratos AB was the selling shareholder in the offering made to Swedish and international institutional investors and the general public in Sweden. The offering comprised 43,330,464 shares, corresponding to approximately 74.7 per cent of the total number of shares in Inwido (assuming the over-allotment option is fully exercised). The final offering price was set at SEK 68 per share, corresponding to a market value of all shares issued by Inwido of approximately SEK 3.9 billion. Ratos retains an ownership share in Inwido of 21.5 per cent (assuming the over-allotment option is fully exercised).
Ratos is a private equity conglomerate listed on Nasdaq OMX Stockholm, Large Cap. In 2013, Ratos had 18 holdings in the Nordic region with total sales of SEK 42 billion, an adjusted operating profit (EBITA) of SEK 3.0 billion and 21,000 employees.
