Prenax Global divested to Arts et Biens

The owners of Prenax Global AB have sold their shares in the company to ARTS ET BIENS, an investment firm based in France founded by the Lévy family.

Prenax Global provides Internet based solutions for managing newspaper and magazines subscriptions. The company was established in 1993 and is based in Kista, Sweden, with offices in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Australia and Singapore. The group has grown organically and through acquisitions incorporating IS Abonnements in Paris in 2006; Basch Subscriptions Inc. in New Hampshire, USA in 2007; Legal Library Services Ltd in the UK in 2008; and Brand & Company (Booksellers) Ltd in the UK in 2008.

The former owners of Prenax Global were advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team included partner Hans Andréasson and associates Veronica Stiller and Julia Westling.
