Partner André Andersson appointed to P.R.I.M.E. Finance’s Panel of Experts
P.R.I.M.E. Finance (the Panel of Recognised International Market Experts in Finance) has on 5 January 2017 appointed twenty-five new members to its Panel of Experts from thirteen different countries, including Mannheimer Swartling Partner André Andersson. The Panel is currently composed of more than 130 legal and financial experts and includes sitting and retired judges, central bankers, regulators, academics, representatives from private legal practice and derivatives market participants.
P.R.I.M.E. Finance was established in 2012 in The Hague to help resolve, and to assist judicial systems in the resolution of, disputes concerning complex financial transactions. It has the support of key international regulatory bodies and is complementary to the on-going financial market regulatory reform process. P.R.I.M.E. Finance is one of seven international arbitration centres acknowledged by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA). In 2015, P.R.I.M.E. Finance joined forces with the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA).
