Nordisk Vindkraft and Stadtwerke München to develop wind farm in Sweden
Nordisk Vindkraft AB and Stadtwerke München have signed agreements for the sale, construction and operational management of a 144MW wind farm near Sidensjö, Västernorrland County, Sweden.
The project has been developed by Nordisk Vindkraft, who will also build the project under a construction contract using 48 SWT 3.0 MW turbines supplied by Siemens. Nordisk Vindkraft will also provide full operational management for the wind farm.
Nordisk Vindkraft was advised by Mannheimer Swartling. The firm's team was led by Per Åsbrink and consisted primarily of Therese Strömshed, Anna Bryngelsson and Anna Bergviken (Environment), Ingrid Carlsson and Cecilia Relfsson (Real Estate), Johanna Jonsson (Public Procurement) and Malin Håkansson (Construction). Bo Hansson was the partner responsible for the assignment.
