Munters lists on Nasdaq Stockholm
Munters Group AB has been admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm on 19 May 2017.
The offering price was set at SEK 55 per share, corresponding to a market value of Munters of approximately SEK 10.1 billion.
The offering, which comprised an offering to the general public in Sweden and an offering to institutional investors in Sweden and internationally, consisted of existing shares sold by Munters’s owners Nordic Capital (through Cidron Maximus) and Five Arrows Principal Investments (through FA International Investments S.C.A), Rothschild & Co’s European corporate private equity business. The value of the offering, assuming that the over-allotment of up to 12 per cent is exercised in full, totals approximately SEK 4.5 billion.
