Munters acquires Rotem

Munters has acquired a majority share in the Israeli company Rotem Computerized Controllers (1994) Limited. Rotem is specialized in control and management systems for agricultural and horticultural applications and a leading company worldwide.

Munters offers energy-efficient products and solutions that help customers to optimize their indoor climate and thus raise productivity, quality and comfort. The Group has close to 2,200 employees in about 30 countries. Operations are organized in four business areas; Air Treatment, AgHort, Spot Climate Control and Mist Elimination. Munters is owned by Nordic Capital Fund VII.

Munters was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The team was led by Johan Lekholm, primarily assisted by Christian Hallberg and Jenny Keisu. Tulchinsky Stern Marciano Cohen Levitski & Co has acted as local counsel.
