Mengus divests “Solna Gate” to Klövern
The Stockholm-based private equity firm Mengus has, through its first fund, divested the property referred to as “Solna Gate” (Aprikosen 2) in Solna to Klövern for slightly more than SEK 1.2 billion. The total lettable area amounts to around 35,000 square metres and consists primarily of office space. The building is currently undergoing major renovation for a number of new tenants, among others Santander, Toyota and BP, who will be joining the current tenants, among others Bristol-Myers Squibb and GlaxoSmithKline.
Mengus is a private equity firm focusing on the commercial real estate sector in the Nordic region. The firm was established in 2005 and manages capital for a select group of long-term international investors, predominantly pension funds.
