Mannheimer Swartling most attractive law firm among university students for 15th consecutive year according to Universum’s FöretagsBarometern
For the 15th year in a row, Mannheimer Swartling has been ranked as the most attractive law firm to work for by law students in Sweden. The firm receives this award for the 15th consecutive year. The firm’s popularity outside the legal services category was also reflected, with the firm securing a fourth place. Universum’s FöretagsBarometern (the Swedish Student Survey) is the largest annual survey conducted at all leading universities in Sweden.
“We are extremely proud that students once again have appointed us the most attractive employer among law firms. The fact that they have once more placed us at the top confirms that we are succeeding in our long-term approach to attract the most promising legal talents,” says Jan Dernestam, Managing Partner at Mannheimer Swartling.
“There are many factors that contribute to our ability to attract Sweden’s brightest lawyers to Mannheimer Swartling. One is that we dare to see the strength in developing together with our clients. I also believe that we have been successful in communicating our strong corporate culture - where collaboration and knowledge sharing is encouraged, and where all employees have the opportunity to partake in developing the firm from day one”, he continues.
FöretagsBarometern is a comprehensive survey of students’ views on careers, work environments and future trends. Over 24,000 students from Sweden’s universities participated in this year’s survey, which was carried out for the 30th time. The results were presented in Stockholm on 16 March 2017.
