Mannheimer Swartling to focus on Moscow

As a consequence of our strategy to follow our clients to the markets where they require our services, Mannheimer Swartling’s Russian operations have so far been handled out of two offices, in St. Petersburg and in Moscow. Our clients have, however, during the last few years increasingly required our assistance in the Moscow region. In order to meet this demand, we have thus decided to focus on Moscow and expand our Moscow office. Simultaneously, we have entered into discussions with the Finnish law firm Borenius about a transfer of our office in St. Petersburg to them. We will continue to advise our clients in matters outside the Moscow region, including in St. Petersburg, but this will now be handled from our Moscow office.
