Mannheimer Swartling is advising Munters on the offer by Cidron Intressenter

Mannheimer Swartling is legal adviser to the board of Munters in connection with the offer announced by Cidron Intressenter, a company indirectly wholly owned by Nordic Capital, on 29 September 2010.

The offer from Cidron Intressenter is a competing offer to the offer announced by Alfa Laval on 6 September 2010. The total value of the offer from Cidron Intressenter is approximately SEK 5.4 billion. The Munters share is listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm, Mid Cap.

Mannheimer Swartling’s team is led by Johan Lekholm and includes Patrik Marcelius, Jenny Keisu and Håkan Knutsson. Stefan Perván Lindeborg and Urszula Sieradzka from the firm’s Brussels office  are advising on anti-trust matters.
