Mannheimer Swartling elects new partners
Mannheimer Swartling is pleased to announce that it has elected Christopher Arkbrant and Emma Olnäs Fors as partners and Anna Sukharina as a local partner, effective 1 January 2014.

The newly elected partners
Christopher Arkbrant is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Funds and Investments practice group and is based in the firm’s Stockholm office. His practice includes advising clients on the establishment of funds, reviewing funds on behalf of prospective investors, as well as investments in companies on behalf of the funds. The firm’s dedicated Funds and Investments practice is unique in the Nordic region with its experience of the full range of private equity and venture capital matters. Mr. Arkbrant joined the firm in 2003 and is a member of the Swedish Bar Association. He has received LL.M. degrees from Stockholm University and Columbia University and also has a degree in Economics and Business Administration from Stockholm University.
Emma Olnäs Fors is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice group and is based in the firm’s Gothenburg office. Her practice includes advising clients on cross-border transactions as well as domestic deals, supporting the group’s clients ranging from blue-chip Nordic industrials to financial sponsors to foreign investors seeking opportunities within the Nordic region. Ms. Olnäs Fors joined the firm in 2005 and is a member of the Swedish Bar Association. She has received an LL.M. degree from Lund University as well as degrees in European law and International law from the University of Lausanne.
Anna Sukharina is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice group and is based in the firm’s Moscow office. Her practice includes advising clients from the Nordic region on general corporate and transaction-related legal issues in Russia and the rest of the CIS. Ms. Sukharina has a broad background with experience that includes serving as in-house counsel in both a Russian bank and a Russian investment company before joining the firm in 2002. She has received a law degree from St. Petersburg State University and pursued post-graduate studies at the University of Edinburgh.
