Mannheimer Swartling elects new partners

Mannheimer Swartling announced yesterday that it has elected Isabella Ramsay and Nina Svensson as partners, and Nils Eliasson as a local partner, effective 1 January 2011.

Stefan Brocker, Mannheimer Swartling’s managing partner, said:

Isabella Ramsay, partner, is a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice group and is based in the Stockholm office. She has received an LL.M. from the University of Helsinki (1999) and an LL.M. from New York University (2003). Ms. Ramsay joined the firm in 1999 and has been a member of the Swedish Bar Association since 2007.

Nina Svensson, partner, is a member of the firm’s Public Mergers and Acquisitions and Equity Capital Markets practice group and is based in the Stockholm office. She has received an LL.M. from Lund University (2000). Ms. Svensson joined the firm in 2001 and has been a member of the Swedish Bar Association since 2008.

Nils Eliasson, local partner, is a member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice group and is based in the Hong Kong office. He has received an LL.M. (1999) and an LL.D. (2002) from Lund University. Mr. Eliasson joined the firm in 2001, served as UNCITRAL Legal Officer from 2003-2004, and re-joined the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice in 2004. He has been a member of the Swedish Bar Association since 2006.
