Mannheimer Swartling elects new partners

Mannheimer Swartling is pleased to announce that it has elected Emil Boström, Lucas Jonsson and Kristoffer Löf as partners of the firm, effective 1 January 2012.

The newly elected partners

 Emil Boström is a member of the firm’s Public Mergers and Acquisitions and Equity Capital Markets practice group and is based in the Stockholm office. Mr. Boström joined the firm in 2006 and has been a member of the Swedish Bar Association since 2009. He has received an LL.M. from Stockholm University (2002) and an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge (2003).

Lucas Jonsson is a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice group and is based in the Malmö office. Mr. Jonsson joined the firm in 2003 and has been a member of the Swedish Bar Association since 2006. He has received an LL.M. from Lund University (2001).

Kristoffer Löf is a member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice group and is based in the Stockholm office. Mr. Löf joined the firm in 2003 and has been a member of the Swedish Bar Association since 2008. He has received an LL.M. from Uppsala University (2002).
