Mannheimer Swartling assists SAS in connection with convertible bonds issue
Mannheimer Swartling is advising SAS, the leading airline group in Northern Europe, in connection with its SEK 1,6 billion convertible bonds issue, that was announced on 19 March 2010. The convertible bonds issue is part of SAS’s refinancing of SEK 2 billion in outstanding bonds maturing in 2010. The refinancing is a condition for the four major shareholders’ participation in the rights issue of ordinary shares of approximately SEK 5 billion previously announced by SAS.
