Länsförsäkringar Bank issues SEK 1,100 million Tier 2 subordinated callable notes
Länsförsäkringar Bank AB (publ) has issued SEK 1,100 million Tier 2 notes due 2023 at a floating interest rate of 2.50 per cent above 3-month STIBOR. The notes were issued on a 10 year non-call five basis. Application for listing of the notes on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm will be made.
Länsförsäkringar Bank is the fifth largest retail bank in Sweden offering a full range of banking services to private individuals, farmers and small businesses.
