Lammhults Design Group acquires Fora Form
Lammhults Design Group AB has acquired the design furniture company Fora Form AS based in Norway for approximately NOK 67 million.
Fora Form, founded in 1929, is the market leader on the Norwegian design furniture market for public areas and over 80 percent of the sales are generated in Norway. The company’s net sales amounted to approximately NOK 125 million in 2012 and the company has about 70 employees.
Lammhults Design Group has its roots in Sweden but is an international Group focusing on furniture and interiors. The Group’s largest export markets are Denmark, Norway, Germany, France and the UK and net sales for the whole Group amounted to approximately SEK 714 million in 2012. Lammhults Design Group’s B-shares are listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange’s Nordic Small Cap list.
