Kungsleden sells properties and site-leasehold rights
Listed Swedish property company Kungsleden AB (publ) is selling properties and site-leasehold rights to Castellum, being the buyer through its subsidiaries Brostaden and Briggen, for approximately SEK 380 million in total. The property portfolio has a gross leasable area of about 40,500 sq.m., comprising warehousing, offices and retail. Six of these properties are located in the greater Stockholm region and three are located in Malmö.
Kungsleden has been advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team included partner Klas Wennström, primarily assisted by Olle Källström and Arman Azad.
