Inwido divests Inwido Home Improvement to Priveq
Inwido has agreed to divest Inwido Home Improvement AB to Priveq Investment Fund IV.
Inwido, Northern Europe's largest supplier of window and door solutions, is owned by Swedish private equity conglomerate Ratos and has an annual turnover of over SEK 5 billion and approximately 3,500 employees.
The Home Improvement subsidiary, which was acquired in 2007, sells interior products for the home, for flooring, walls and storage under the Lundbergs and Duri brands. The business has approximately 80 employees and sales in 2011 amounted to SEK 274 million.
Inwido was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team included partners Lucas Jonsson and Lars Kongstad and associates Teresa Hellmo and Caroline Nilsson.
