Indutrade has acquired Nolek

Indutrade AB (publ) has acquired all of the shares in Nolek AB, Sweden, with annual sales of approximately SEK 160 million.

Nolek is a leading producer of instruments and machines for leak testing, leak detection and proof testing. The company has production facilities in Sweden and Malaysia, and sales companies in the USA, Hungary and Denmark. Customers are internationally active companies in a range of areas, including the automotive, pharmaceutical, electronics and engineering industries.

Indutrade is a technology sales group that manufactures, markets and sells components, systems and services with a high-tech content to industrial customers in selected niches. The group has some 160 subsidiaries and more than 3,800 employees in 23 countries on four continents. In 2011 net sales amounted to approximately SEK 8 billion. The company’s share is listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.

Indutrade was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team was led by Bo Söderberg, primarily assisted by Patrik Lilieblad and Ola Espelund.
