Industrifonden and Sustainable Technologies Fund invest in Triventus
Industrifonden and Sustainable Technologies Fund have co-invested SEK 100 million in Triventus. Triventus is active in renewable energy, primarily wind power, but also biogas and small-scale hydroelectric power. Triventus has experienced rapid growth since being formed in 2003 and had a turnover of SEK 500 million in 2010.
Industrifonden invests in small and medium-sized Swedish companies with international growth potential. The fund has assets of over SEK 3 billion, of which SEK 1.5 billion is invested in 80 companies in technology, cleantech, life science and industry.
Sustainable Technologies Fund is a venture capital fund focusing on Nordic Cleantech companies. The fund invests growth capital in companies in renewable energy, renewable materials and chemicals, as well as recycling and purification technologies.
