Imtech acquires NEA
Imtech has acquired Swedish technical services provider NEA from private equity partnership Segulah for approximately SEK 975 million. The transaction is subject to approval from the Swedish Competition Authority.
Imtech, based in the Netherlands, is one of Europe’s leading technology companies with approximately 23 000 employees and a turnover of more than EUR 4.3 billion. Imtech’s shares are listed on the Euronext Stock Exchange Amsterdam.
Imtech was advised by Mannheimer Swartling. The firm’s team was led by Michael Karlsson and Lucas Jonsson, mainly assisted by Tobias Bergström. Johan Carle was responsible for competition issues, assisted by Christian Hagerman and Jens Agö.
