Humana lists on Nasdaq Stockholm
Humana AB has been admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm on 22 March 2016.
The offering price was set at SEK 62 per share, corresponding to a market value of Humana of approximately SEK 3.3 billion.
The offering, which comprised an offering to the general public in Sweden and an offering to institutional investors in Sweden and internationally, consisted of new shares issued by Humana and existing shares sold by Humana’s principal owner Air Syndication S.C.A. (owned by funds controlled by Argan Capital Advisors LLP) and certain minority shareholders. The value of the offering, assuming that the over-allotment of no more than 13 per cent is exercised in full, totals approximately SEK 887 million.
Humana is a leading Nordic care company with over 14,000 full and part time employees which offers services within individual and family care, personal assistance, elderly care and housing with special service according to LSS. In Sweden, Humana is the market leader within both individual and family care as well as personal assistance. In Norway, Humana is the second largest provider of services within individual and family care.
Humana and Argan Capital were advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the offering and the listing. The firm’s team was led by Emil Boström, primarily assisted by Håkan Knutsson, Arman Azad, Louise Sannebrink, Lisa Staxäng, Carolina Käck and Harry Westerman Wood. Maria Tufvesson Shuck and Hampus Thofte from the firm’s New York office advised on U.S. securities law. Carl Beyer and Carl Lindberg advised Humana on tax related questions.
