Hemsö issues SEK 750 million bond
Hemsö Fastighets AB (publ) has issued a three-year, unsecured, bond on the Swedish market amounting to SEK 750 million. Hemsö will apply for a listing of the bonds on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. The bondholders are represented by the agent Swedish Trustee.
Hemsö is an independent real estate company jointly-owned by Kungsleden and the Third Swedish National Pension Fund (AP3). The company has a portfolio of buildings for schools, retirement and nursing homes throughout Sweden and in 2011 acquired 17 properties in Germany. Today, Hemsö manages a portfolio of 357 properties comprising schools, retirement and nursing homes.
Hemsö is advised by Mannheimer Swartling on the bond issue. The firm’s team includes Daniel Karlsson, Rasmus Fahlén and Carl Beyer.
