Getinge has carried out a SEK 4.3 billion rights issue

Getinge AB has carried out a new issue of shares with preferential rights for the company’s shareholders raising approximately SEK 4.3 billion.

Getinge is a global provider of innovative solutions for operating rooms, intensive-care units, sterilization departments and for life science companies and institutions. Getinge has over 16,000 employees and operates in more than 40 countries. Production takes place in facilities in Brazil, the Dominican Republic, France, Canada, China, Poland, the UK, Sweden, Turkey, Germany and the US. The Getinge Class B share is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm since 1993.

Getinge was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
